Building a Better Warsaw for Everyone

Our campaign is rooted in service, community, and a shared vision for Warsaw’s future. Cheryl Smith, a proud Duplin County native, healthcare administrator, and U.S. Navy veteran, is running for Warsaw Town Commissioner to make a difference in the lives of every resident.

For over 30 years, Cheryl has worked as a Registered Nurse and healthcare administrator, leading health and rehabilitation centers across North Carolina and Virginia. She has earned statewide recognition for her excellence in long-term care leadership and has always been guided by compassion, integrity, and problem-solving.

This campaign is about more than one candidate—it’s about all of us. Together, we can ensure:

  • Healthier families through stronger community services
  • Improved infrastructure to support growth and safety
  • A thriving economy that creates opportunity for everyone
  • Support for seniors and youth, enriching lives across generations
  • A united community where every voice matters

Cheryl’s blend of healthcare expertise, administrative leadership, and lifelong service makes her uniquely prepared to tackle Warsaw’s challenges and lead the town toward a brighter, stronger, more connected future.

We invite you to join us in this journey. With your support, we can build a Warsaw where families flourish, businesses thrive, and our community grows stronger together.
